The glitterati of the visual merchandising industry gathered under one big circus roof at Bloomsbury Big Top last night for the annual VM & Display Awards.

Opening with a show-stopping performance from acrobats, and presented by TV personality Rylan Clark, team Straco were in for a good night celebrating with clients.

From windows to mannequins to full store concepts, the very best in creative design was celebrated with 20 awards being dished out in total.

  • Best Christmas windows in a multiple went to Topshop for ‘Paper Cave’ in collaboration with Blacks and Global Display
  • Best windows in a multiple went to Joseph for ‘Plastic Constraint’ in collaboration with Harlequin Design
  • Best windows in an independent went to Harrods for ‘London Calling’ in collaboration with Bonaveri, Global Display, Practical Creative Solutions, Press On, Schlappi and SFD
  • Best use of instore graphic went to Millington Associates for their work with Nike Airmax
  • Best boutique window went to Seen Displays for their work with Anya Hindmarch
  • Best window graphic went to Martin for their work with Oasis ‘Colouring In’
  • Best international window/s  went to Prop Studios for their work with Hyundai Department Store
  • Best non fashion retail concept  went to Johnny Walker in collaboration with Portland Design

  • Best window/s in a multiple department store  went to ANS, Blacks, Magenta Print and Rare Basic for their work with Debenhams ‘Destination Summer’
  • Best instore vm solution  went to Elemental Design for their work with Diptyque – Boxpark
