We have all been on the receiving end of a non-personalised service in which you felt you were just another number on a system.  Nobody likes to feel undervalued.  We really go out of our way to make sure our customers are heard and understood, tailoring our service to meet their needs, taking time to get to know them via phone calls, skype, face to face meetings or email if these are inconvenient.  Our Consultants are available 24/7 so are always accommodating to personal requirements, we understand it is difficult to correspond during office hours.  It isn’t about the money for us, it’s about the customer satisfaction and finding that perfect, mutually beneficial match between candidate and client.

It’s a no go…

The term ‘recruitment’ holds negative connotation, we are fully aware of this – and we are also aware that it is the fault of other recruiters giving others a bad name.  We can assure anyone using our service that we will not be compromised on our work ethic.  We will always consult our candidates when sending their CV to a client so they are in the know, we prefer the personal touch.  We will also offer feedback at every step of the way, whether it is negative or positive, communication is key to us.

With a strong team of specialist consultants and Executives accompanied with a complimentary support network, they work closely together to ensure each individual experience is a good one and runs smoothly.  The Straco team is collectively a friendly and helpful bunch, always on hand to chat about opportunities.  Hard work is always rewarded here too, and the latest recipient of this was our lovely office Administrator, Mary, who got a bit of a promotion recently- well done!    In an ever evolving industry we like to make sure everyone is up to speed and happy – there is a lot of training and development of staff which means we are able to offer a first class service.  Everyone’s a winner!
