Our client is a leading design/production agency who work globally with some of the biggest brands. They have an excellent track record in delivering outstanding work for retail windows, retail and non-retail interiors, travel retail, POS units, exhibitions, events and pop ups.

They manage all aspects of manufacturing through to the production process in-house. From carpentry and metal work to spray painting and model making.

Now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will execute a diverse range of creative projects, from window displays, pop-up, press events and one-off installations.

Job Role

• Set out and agree project objectives, timelines and budget
• Simultaneous management of multiple projects, across various client accounts
• Complete all necessary project documentation and admin
• Management of financial aspects including preparing budgets, monitoring margins, tracking costs and generating purchase orders
• Brief production department staff and contractors responsible to you on the project requirements, budgets and timescales
• Coordinate client and supplier meetings
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with all team members and external parties
• Monitor third party suppliers, ensuring appropriate quality and timelines are met
• Arrange and oversee the delivery and installation of projects (on site where applicable)
• Liaise with installation teams, ensuring they are fully resourced and aware of expectations
• Identify and track any project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are executed
• Report on the financial status of projects to the Head of Department

Skills and Experience

• 5+ Years’ of experience within the retail activation field (or similar), managing projects from initial brief to installation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure, review risk and problem solve
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to work across a number of projects at various stages
• Proactive, resourceful and demonstrate initiative
• Work well on own initiative, as well as in a team
