Our client is a leading design/production agency who work globally with some of the biggest brands. They have an excellent track record in delivering outstanding work for retail windows, retail and non-retail interiors, travel retail, POS units, exhibitions, events and pop ups.

Now looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential new markets, while also selling the company’s services into the core market.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a committed team in delivering exceptional experiences for global brands in the retail environment.

Job Role

• Reach out to current and prospective clients within retail, events and exhibitions, to sell the company’s services
• Utilise and maintain the CRM database in line with sales targets
• Identify potential new markets and develop new strategies to target them
• Provide weekly reports on current sales activities including opportunities, pipeline estimates and sales turnover
• Strive to achieve individual sales targets
• Attend and present at client meetings
• Take briefs from clients and process them effectively through the company, liaising with each department as required
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all accounts
• Maintain good communication with Design, Production and Finance departments
• Adhere to all company process

Skills and Experience

• 5+ Years’ of Account Management experience, within the brand activation market
• Strong track record of onboarding new clients from a variety of sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
