About

We’re looking for a new Project Manager to join our client’s creative retail activation agency. You’ll work on a variety of projects including retail fixtures, POS displays, window displays and promotional activations. Bringing brands to life, by creating unique experiences.

This is a hybrid role, but there may be some national and international travel required, for supplier meetings and site visits.

Job Role

• Work closely with clients to define the project scope, set objectives and plan timelines
• Deliver an effective brief and collaborate with internal teams / suppliers as required, to meet the client’s requirements
• Manage the implementation and execution of project plans, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
• Oversee and track project progress, addressing any issues that arise
• Build and retain excellent working relationships with clients, team members and suppliers
• Deliver projects with high standards of quality and efficiency
• Adhere to procedures and internal processes throughout the project life cycle
• Provide support to other team members as required

Skills and Experience

• POS experience – ideally in the retail and brand sector
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, juggling and prioritising workload
• Excellent communication skills for liaising and building relationships with clients and suppliers
• An understanding of technical drawings, fabrication processes and materials including wood, metal, plastics
• IT literate with good skills in MS Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and responsive to client queries and deadlines
• Solution orientated
