Established for over 30 years, our client offers in-store fixtures and promotions direct to the end users as well as trade; offering in-house design, production and manufacturing all under one roof.

They are now looking for a Project Coordinator, to support the project management team on CPA compliance.

Job Role

• Take responsibility for the client brief / sales brief – validating information provided by the sales team before submission to the project management team
• Placing orders with supplier and managing suppliers, to ensure all parts are delivered on time
• Use Monday.com to follow up each stage of the process
• Relationship building with internal key clients and stakeholders
• Raise Purchase Orders using the ERP system and communicate internally
• Championing change in the department to ensure we continuously improve the way we operate
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while following established processes

Skills and Experience

• Excellent customer service skills and reactive problem solving and negotiation
• Strong communication skills
• Methodical and self-disciplined
• Experience in a project coordination role within a busy manufacturing environment
• IT literate with experience MS Office and Monday.com
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
• Experience in the management of internal stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of the POS industry with good commercial awareness
• Confident at reporting and analysing data
• Experience in dealing with difficult client situations would be desirable
• Comfortable client facing
• Knowledge of ERP systems
