About

Our client is an international leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and project management of retail displays. Working with many blue-chip companies and high street retailers, they provide innovative products, services, and solutions, while exceeding expectations with their quality and value.

They’re now looking to add a new Project Co-Ordinator to the team. You will be expected to deliver a full and professional project management service, ensuring requirements are met.

Job Role

  • Act as a key link between the business and the client, liaising direct with them across all projects
  • Project ownership, responsibility and control on both an operational and financial level
  • Liaise with wider teams, on site teams, suppliers and other project stakeholders
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Specification management including project design initiation
  • Work with both internal and external resources to oversee the creation of product drawing information
  • Host and attend project meetings as required
  • Plan the project programme and organise the required resources, within the budget
  • Identify and resolve any issues / snagging works
  • Quotation / PO Management
  • Ensure the completed project meets both the client’s and company’s requirements
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Skills and Experience

  • Strong IT skills
  • An innovative and flexible approach to problem solving
  • Solid commercial awareness and people management experience
  • Experience in the shopfitting, joinery or commercial retail sectors
  • Proven project management experience, running projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge of product costing and profit margin
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Tenacious and able to stay on track when working on multiple projects
  • Experience of working within Health and Safety standards
  • Be willing to travel and stay away from home when required
