About

We’re looking for a new Print Project Co-Ordinator, to join our client’s creative retail activation agency.

You’ll work on a variety of projects including retail fixtures, POS displays, window displays and promotional activations. Bringing brands to life, by creating unique experiences.

This is an office-based role, but there may be some national and international travel required, for supplier meetings and site visits.

Job Role

• Complete day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Receive project briefs from the Print Account Manager
• Effective liaison with the supply chain to manage campaigns successfully
• Collaborate with the wider team, to ensure client requirements are met
• Support other team members as required

Skills and Experience

• POS experience – ideally in the retail and brand sector
• A good understanding of print manufacturing and the ability to manage third party suppliers
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising your workload
• Excellent communication skills for liaising and building relationships with clients and suppliers
• IT literate with good skills in MS Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and responsive to client queries and deadlines
• Solution orientated
