We’re looking for a new Print Project Co-Ordinator, to join our client’s creative retail activation agency.
You’ll work on a variety of projects including retail fixtures, POS displays, window displays and promotional activations. Bringing brands to life, by creating unique experiences.
This is an office-based role, but there may be some national and international travel required, for supplier meetings and site visits.
Job Role
Complete day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Receive project briefs from the Print Account Manager
Effective liaison with the supply chain to manage campaigns successfully
Collaborate with the wider team, to ensure client requirements are met
Support other team members as required
POS experience – ideally in the retail and brand sector
A good understanding of print manufacturing and the ability to manage third party suppliers
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising your workload
Excellent communication skills for liaising and building relationships with clients and suppliers
IT literate with good skills in MS Excel
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and responsive to client queries and deadlines
Solution orientated
