Now looking for an enthusiastic Junior 2D / 3D Concept Designer, to join the team. A fantastic opportunity to grow with a thriving company and work with some of the world’s biggest health and beauty brands.

Job Role

• Take and interpret design briefs with the design team
• Apply design thinking to arrive at meaningful solutions
• Take direction and understand the point of view from others, while also being able to explain ideas
• Understand and consider retailer and brand guidelines, when creating design solutions
• Dissect and understand client feedback and make amends accordingly

Skills and Experience

• Some experience in 3DS Max/ V-Ray and Adobe CC is essential
• A passion for design and delivering retail experiences, that consider the brand, customer, marketplace and competitors
• Strong attention to detail, especially with spelling and grammar
• An understanding of print ready/pre-press artwork set up
• Some understanding of materials, processes and construction methods
• A good listener and communicator and comfortable client-facing
• A strong, relevant portfolio showcasing the attributes mentioned above
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently
