Job Role



Take and interpret design briefs with the design team

Apply design thinking to arrive at meaningful solutions

Take direction and understand the point of view from others, while also being able to explain ideas

Understand and consider retailer and brand guidelines, when creating design solutions

Dissect and understand client feedback and make amends accordingly

Skills and Experience

Some experience in 3DS Max/ V-Ray and Adobe CC is essential

A passion for design and delivering retail experiences, that consider the brand, customer, marketplace and competitors

Strong attention to detail, especially with spelling and grammar

An understanding of print ready/pre-press artwork set up

Some understanding of materials, processes and construction methods

A good listener and communicator and comfortable client-facing

A strong, relevant portfolio showcasing the attributes mentioned above

Ability to work as part of a team or independently
