Our client is a well-established creative retail design agency, who provide unique, creative and engaging solutions to their clients. Covering a multitude of sectors, they plan, manage and deliver quick and efficient production to many well-known retailers.
Now looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with blue chip clients, paired with a willingness to work hard and a high level of diligence, to serve clients.
Job Role
To take responsibility for the planning and direction of your accounts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth
Identify ways in which to sell products and services that satisfy customer needs, enhancing existing relationships with key decision-making individuals while maximising sale opportunities
Understand customer requirements and the delivery of complex customer projects on time
Prove direction in establishing and increasing market presence, maximising opportunities for account growth
Refine business development strategy through research, identification and analysis of market trends and seeking out new opportunities
Engage with the client to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of their business, their brand strategy and the market it operates in
Monitor budgets, margins and profit
Effectively manage your account pipeline to ensure accuracy of forecasts
A well-established sales background, within the retail display sector
Excellent commercial acumen
First-rate account management skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
An eye for detail, a head for multi-tasking and delivering to deadlines
Good telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build good working relationships
Highly motivated with the ability to achieve success through strict self-management
A proactive, positive and creative approach
Flexibility to travel when required
Confident in the use of MS Office
