Our client is a design agency that specialises in retail and branding. Their talented and hard-working team delivers high-quality retail interior and architectural design, retail graphics and brand identity projects to a variety of well-known blue-chip clients.

Now looking for an Account Manager to join the team. You’ll need good initiative and a proactive approach, to be successful in this role!

Job Role

• Be responsible for the management of all accounts / projects assigned to you
• Ensure that projects are delivered efficiently on time and budget and to a high standard
• Lead client meetings and their expectations, ensuring the client is kept informed at all stages
• Produce cost proposals for each project, ensuring there’s clear objectives
• Support the Senior Account Managers and Account Directors on more complex accounts as needed
• Have weekly meetings to discuss client accounts, projects, and performance
• Build and develop strong working relationships with clients
• Identify potential problems and create solutions as required

Skills and Experience

• 3-4 Years experience in a creative agency
• Some experience managing multi-discipline projects would be an advantage
• Personable, with excellent communication and listening skills
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage workload
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and experience using Synegist
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team player
• Able to build on feedback
• Understanding of the design sign off process across a range of disciplines
• Awareness of 3D production processes, printing techniques, paper sizes and materials
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
