Our client are specialists in delivering Point of Sale display products in the retail industry. With a creative design team in-house and the ability to manufacture in the UK, they offer innovative, engaging and effective solutions to global clients, as well as handling all installation and maintenance requirements as part of their full service.
Now looking for an experienced Account Manager to boost their growing team. This is a challenging position within an environment where teamwork and personal development, are important elements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and exciting global brands.
Job Role
Managing projects (from brief to delivery) in the UK and throughout Europe
Working on, preparing and delivering key project pitches
Liaison with the design and technical development departments
Understanding client requirements in terms of design and project delivery objectives
Provide excellent customer service to ensure account retention
Activate projects that clearly fit the profile and value-added services
Be confident in presenting the business and its services at the client
Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day to day operations
Maintaining existing client base through strategic partnership that builds the reputation of the company
Winning new business that delivers profitable growth
Creating opportunities with existing and new clients
Working collaboratively with the wider business, to proactively problem solve
At least 3 to 5 years of commercial work experience
Experience in providing focused solutions to client needs
The determination to build client engagement and grow relationships
You are proactive, enthusiastic, thorough and tenacious
You are familiar with an international A-brand environment
Work within the processes and within the strong ethos of team working
Fantastic customer service skills
Good numeracy skills and commercial awareness
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Resilient with diplomacy and tact
Technical knowledge and expertise
