This role is responsible for client servicing and support within specified Key Accounts, giving priority to International brands/retailers in the Health and Beauty sector.

They are currently looking to add a new Key Account Director to the team.

Job Role

• Effectively manage client needs and expectations (overseas travel, as required)
• Understand the criteria of success for each project and how we can succeed as a business
• Consistently produce high standards of communication including agendas, contact reports, updating systems and personnel internally with clearly written project summaries
• Audit and assist in the implementation of store programmes
• To maintain high standards of briefing ensuring all mandatory fields are included
• Maintaining good working relationships within the team and other departments
• Executing well written and well-chosen communication both internally and externally including central filing on the company server
• Understand and increase our permanent display vocabulary in order to communicate accurately with project managers and engineers
• Understand the limitations and expectations of a project in order to provide accurate solutions
• Fully conversant with all Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures and to implement and comply with them
• To report any non-conformance through the agreed procedure
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as instructed by your Line Manager

• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• The drive to extend business within all clients under their control
• Understanding the value of process within the sales environment and the skills to record and action detail with their accounts
• An extensive knowledge of the Permanent Display or Retail Design including, design and development issues, production processes and client relationship management.
